Even though some of the HVAC is not done, we've begun backframing the upstairs, main floor and basement. The backframers are in charge of the little things - boxing duct work, straightening walls, strapping basement walls etc.
With just a couple of weeks to go before a slightly moved up desired move-in date, we are getting the final touches prepared in the house. Backsplashes, stair finishing, vanities hung and more.
Phil, Miguel's footing guy, was in at the start of the week to layout the footings. After pouring, I was able to get Thom in there to form and pour the bench pinning (kind of like underpinning, but poured in one shot to allow for a deeper basement level for the rec room).
