Shawn from Rosedale kitchens started installation on Tuesday. I love the kitchen - it really looks sharp and the wood exteriors are something different than a typical white kitchen.
Phil, Miguel's footing guy, was in at the start of the week to layout the footings. After pouring, I was able to get Thom in there to form and pour the bench pinning (kind of like underpinning, but poured in one shot to allow for a deeper basement level for the rec room).
