After a major clean up inside, Jampa arrived to start the prefinished maple wood floors. I love the natural colour of the wood and though soft, it's going to wear well over time.
Still no Enbridge, so this little green electric heater is heating the whole house! Mick has finished spraying in the house, so Jampa swung by to install all of the interior hardware.
Thom had the difficult task of forming the front steps to withhold the pressure of 7 meters of concrete... and did a fantastic job! The poured steps are the main landscaping feature on the front, along with the faux retaining wall in the front of the steps to complete the modern look.
